Adult Day Services

The Mary and Fran Ludington Adult Day Services Program at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester

• Older adults often need extra help, but not necessarily around the clock.
• Through Sound Shore’s Adult Day Program, we offer a medically supervised program providing some daily assistance while allowing older adults to retain much of their independence.
• The Adult Day Program located in New Rochelle on Sound Shore's campus, also provides respite for the participant’s caregiver, including the benefit of scheduling Sound Shore Health System medical appointments during the program’s hours.
• The program provides services to medically fragile seniors, the chronically ill, and/or adults with disabilities.
  

Among the services offered:

• Care - Monday through Friday - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Round-Trip Transportation
• Two Meals
• Supervised Activities
• Social Service Assistance
