Following is basic information you will need to review, prior to the start of your clinical rotation at one of our campus sites. Our clinical sites include Sound Shore Medical Center, Schaffer Extended Care Center, Mount Vernon Hospital and the Dorothea Hopfer School of Nursing.
The information to be reviewed includes the:
- Student/Faculty Orientation Manual
- Corporate Compliance/HIPAA for Students/Faculty Self Learner - NOTE: Print out blank answer sheet. Following completion, check your answers against the key.
Upon completion, submit the confirmation form and/or post test to your School's Student Placement Coordinator for validation. The Coordinator will have you sign the attestation form.
